All products are shipped direct from Timber + Twine Design Co.(known herein as "the vendor"), which is based out of the rural community of Fenwick, ON.

The vendor works in partnership with a variety of courier services to provide you the most economically efficient service possible. As such, shipping fees are incorporated into the product price. This minimizes surprise fees and streamlines the checkout experience.

All in stock items will ship by standard courier service within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Express shipping may be available at the purchaser's expense. Please email info@timberandtwinedesignco.com immediately following purchase if this is something that you desire.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email on file at the time of purchase. Should there be any issues with delivery, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow-up with the shipping company directly.
Important Details
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for deliveries to the wrong individual or destination as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Should an error occur despite accurate details, please follow up directly with the shipping company handling your goods for service.
Delivery Concerns
We take great care to ensure your parcel meets our standards for delivery, where each piece is packaged with the utmost care. We are happy to include a photo of the packaged product(s) prior to shipping in the event that you receive a damaged product and need to pursue a formal complaint with the shipping company directly.
While the vendor makes every effort to ensure a seamless delivery experience, please know that we are limited by issues beyond our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, labour disputes, strikes, etc.
If such issues are foreseeable, the vendor will make every effort to make alternative arrangements to avoid disruptions to the chain of service. However, in the event that the vendor is unable to do so, formal complaints are to be taken up with the courier service directly.
